Shipley 3/2pce S/cane fly rod moulded frame 9'

Very nicely made split cane fly rod branded on the reel seat M A Shipley Phila and probably made around 1890.  3pce 9' with spare tip which ihas been shortened and ring replaced. Looks like German silver reel fittings and ferrules, snake runners, agate tip ring, tapered spliced base to the rod shaft. Moulded felt covered rod holder in good original condition, also original rod bag although that is not in very good condition. Very nice fine fly rod.
