The Reel Creel Limited Warranty
Hightide Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser, for a period of one( 1 ) year after the date of original purchase, that your Reel Creel is free from defects in material and workmanship. If it proves otherwise, Hightide Inc. will repair or replace it, at its option, without charge, subject to the following conditions:

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must return the Reel Creel to Hightide Inc. at the address set forth below, before the end of the one-year Limited Warranty period and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

The warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser. Products supplied as replacements under this Limited Warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the Reel Creel to Hightide Inc.. Hightide Inc. will pay the costs of returning the repaired Reel Creel, or the replacement, to you.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to damage resulting from abuse or neglect.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, AND NEITHER HIGHTIDE INC. NOR ANY AUTHORIZED HIGHTIDE DEALER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from State to State.
