The Light Casting Reel Company Bradford on the base of the rod.  This is the maker of the Illingworth spinning reels. 3pce split cane casting rod about 9'6" long. Agate lined stripping and tip guide, bridge runners, plated reel fittings, brass ferrules, cork base has been sanded. 1" graduated markings (original) on rod shaft first section.  Not a common rod.
